Shows or creators approved for the Watch Something quest — picked at random, not consumed, so a favourite can come up again. The child sees the whole list under Free time.
Things to do when the quests are done — Lego, drawing, an instrument. The child sees the list; nothing here is a quest and no stars are attached.
What stars can be spent on. Kids redeem these themselves — anything they claim shows up below for you to honour.
Tick one off once you've actually given it.
Everything here is approved — pick any of them when you are asked to watch something.

A printable record of what this explorer has covered — the approach in your own words, a typical week, subjects and resources, every session with its notes and photos, and the books read — over a period you choose. Useful for your own files, or to share with anyone who asks what you've been doing.
Pip needs the family account. Open Settings → Sync and sign in, then try again.
Pip suggests topic ideas for this explorer. Pick one and it drops into the session form — nothing is saved until you save the session.
Sent to our AI provider along with the age group and the titles already on this child's timetable — no name, and nothing they've written. Keep it to interests.
Tap the one worth teaching — the rest are discarded.
Change a name, avatar or colour, or remove a profile. Removing a profile removes their timetable, completed work, reading log and rewards with it.
Shown on the profile picker and topbar instead of the plain lock icon.

Sign in with the same account on every device the family uses. Each device keeps its own full copy and shares changes, so it carries on working with no connection and catches up later.
Sign in to Sync above first — the subscription is tied to the family account.
Everything lives in this browser. Export a copy regularly — importing replaces all current data.
Permanently deletes every profile, session, piece of completed work, book and reward — on this device and, if you're signed in to Sync, from the cloud for every device. This cannot be undone. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
See the privacy notice for what's stored and where.
A PIN stops the kids opening Parent mode on their own devices, where they could edit their own timetable or delete history. It's a lock on the door, not a safe — anyone comfortable with browser devtools can get past it.
Lock this device to one child so it always opens on their profile and hides the others — handy for a younger child's own tablet. Reaching Parent or another child then needs the PIN. This setting stays on this device only.
Get a notification on this device when a child finishes everything scheduled for their day — even with the app closed. On an iPhone, add Homegrown to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen) or notifications won't arrive.
